Booking and cancellation conditions
En Valencia&Go queremos que tu experiencia sea sencilla desde el primer minuto. Por eso, puedes reservar el día y la hora que mejor te venga para cada actividad del pack. ¡Tú marcas el ritmo!
Descuentos automáticos según el pack que elijas:
1-day pack: 20%
2-days pack: 25%
3-days pack: 30%

The discount will automatically appear in the shopping cart.
Once you finalise your purchase and accept our terms and conditions, you will receive a confirmation email (you will receive one for each activity booked with all the details).
Changes, cancellations and refunds
We know that plans can change, and we're here to help!
These are our modification and cancellation conditions:
- You can You can cancel your booking without any problem up to 48 hours before the activity. After that, there can only be date changes (up to 24 hours before the activity).
- With We cannot accept returns within 24 hours, except in cases of force majeure (e.g. flight cancellations, medical problems, etc.).

Other important things to know
Please make sure you are at the meeting point on time. If you do not arrive, we will not be able to make refunds.
Our tours and excursions require a minimum of 4 people. If this is not reached, we will offer you another date or we will give you a full refund.
If for any reason beyond our control (bad weather, logistical changes, etc.) we have to cancel an activity, we will reimburse you the 100%.
Make sure you enter your contact details correctly (email, telephone, collection address if applicable). If they are not correct, we cannot be held responsible for collection errors.
